I'm someone who's still figuring it outâand maybe that's why you're here too. My name is Traci, and at 44, I've found myself in a place of searching: for purpose, for passion, for peace.
One of the things I value most about myself is my ability to show up with positivity and make people feel truly seen. And yet, I've wrestled quietly with my own fears, doubts, and uncertainty about what I'm really here to do.
Over time, I've discovered a lot about myself. I've come to understand how much I value helping others, how much strength there is in vulnerability, and how essential it isâthough often uncomfortableâto set boundaries and speak up.

Over time, I've discovered a lot about myself. I've come to understand how much I value helping others, how much strength there is in vulnerability, and how essential it isâthough often uncomfortableâto set boundaries and speak up. I've realized that communication isn't always easy, especially in the relationships that matter most. I've had to sit with discomfort, navigate fear, and figure out how to move forward even when the path feels unclear.
I've always had a voice, but I wasn't sure how or where to use it. And even now, I'm still growingâgetting to know myself better, deepening my awareness of others, and redefining what it means to show up fully. Every day is a work in progress.
I started this blog because I wanted to create a space that feels safeâwhere people can read, listen, and find something that helps them move through whatever they're facing. A place that reminds us we're not alone, that being stuck is human, and that growth happens when we share what's real. Here, we lean on each other, we reflect, and we riseâone story, one moment at a time.
